Continue to note your observations of the characters in the chart on Journal 8. You should have notes on Parris, Abigail, & Tituba, Thomas & An Putnam, Betty, Ruth Putnam, Mercy Lewis, Mary Warren, Rebecca & Frances Nurse, Giles Corey, Reverend Hale
Describe the type of person the character is based on the author's description,
Think about what Arthur Miller is telling us and what how he tells us this (italics - direction message, the character's words, and how other people react to them) - author's craft.
